Summary
The fonds mainly comprises the official series of "Blue Papers" emanating from COPERS' decision making bodies and working groups (minutes, working papers from permanent and temporary bodies). Apart from official directives, a small set of the European Space Research Study Group (GEERS)'s documents refers to the setting up of COPERS. Relevant papers on the ESRO Convention are also included, the most important being the minutes of the ESRO Conference in 1962
