This collection provides documents from the 1960s and early 1970s as a background to a book by Jörg Friedrichs entitled "Fighting Terrorism and Drugs: Europe and International Police Cooperation" (London ; New York : Routledge, 2008). In the book, the situation in the 1960s and 1970's is compared to the current situation.
