- Cet ouvrage à plusieurs voix porte sur la question de la transmission d'un héritage traumatique et de son mode d'élaboration au cours du travail analytique. II a la particularité de comporter, en fac simile, le manuscrit original du témoignage autour duquel il s'origine et s'organise: le Journal de déportation de Vahram Altounian, traduit par Krikor Beledian, reçu et commenté par Janine Altounian, essayiste, traductrice. Il se propose de montrer comment, à partir d'un écrit indéchiffrable pour tout lecteur néophyte, une expérience traumatique débutant à Boursa, petite ville d'Asie mineure, un "mercredi 10 août 1915", passe par l'épreuve de sa traduction, celle de sa réception et de son élaboration subjective par un héritier pour se transmettre et aboutir, quasi un siècle plus tard, à la présente publication.--
