The transfer made in February 2004 includes the minutes of the Consultative Commission on Industrial Change created with the Economic and Social Council of the European Union, and minutes of expert meetings of the Trade Union Technical Bureau for Health and Safety established in 1989 at the European Trade Union Confederation's initiative.
